Rocky Bester has over 30 years of experience in the film and television industry across all genres and on all continents. He has, to date, produced Feature Films, Drama Series, Reality/Lifestyle Television Programs, and Documentaries in the USA, Australia, South Africa, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, West Timor, Mentawai Islands, and other countries.

He has also filled the role of Director of Production and Investment at Screen Queensland, one of Australia’s premier state-funding agencies from 2012-2013, and Head of Drama at Becker Entertainment from 1993 – 1999 and has won two Emmy Awards (2019 Best Film Made For Television and Best Script Made for Television and been nominated for one more for Best Children’s Series for Television as well as other numerous awards.

Rocky is a well-rounded, extremely experienced, highly motivated, self-starting Producer who has been charged with, and consistently delivered, international standard results.

Additionally, he is a 7-times Olympic and Paralympic Lead Producer and Venue Producer in Swimming and Water Polo, Archery, Triathlon, Cross Country Skiing and Nordic Combined, Athletics, Marathon, Goalball and Beach Volleyball. The average team size for these events ranged from 1,500 to 1,800 and included ENG Crews, DJ’s, Announcers, Video Direction, Package and Screen Graphics Creation, and many more.
