Krisen has worked at an executive and programmatic level in the development and mainstream communication, media, broadcast, and heritage projects. He joined Times Media TV as a Producer in 1997 and played a strategic role in the organization’s growth strategy, extending the footprint for edutainment content and spearheading social behavior change communication initiatives. Through his roles as Producer (Effect Media), Business Development Executive (Ochre Media), Divisional Head (Ochre Communications), Chief Executive (Ochre Active), and Development Executive (Ochre Moving Pictures), he has developed a range of strategic integrated communication solutions and multi-platform broadcast content. Krisen was one of the co-founding members and Channel Head of the Good Life Network –health, fitness, and lifestyle pop-up channel broadcast on DSTV.

Krisen is an Executive member of the team that developed a range of dynamic, socially-relevant content, including Molo Show; Get Real; Take 5; Positive; Zola 7; The Professionals; Made in SA; 48 Hours; Talk To Me; Choice TV and Takalani Sesame.

Krisen is a BSoc Sc (UCT) graduate and has completed TV Production programs at Thames Valley University and St Martin’s College (UK).
