Anthony de Chalain is a born and bred Mauritian sound designer, sound mixer, boom operator and editor. After completing his studies at AFDA, Cape Town, he came back to Mauritius and has since worked on several commercials, Feature films and TV Series for different international productions, Sony pictures, Amazon prime, Netflix and Sky TV as well as local productions, Biye Retour & The Blue penny.

He is extremely passionate about storytelling and the craft of film making as a whole. Being an Editor, a Sound mixer and a Sound designer greatly helped him in developing a different perspective on sound throughout the aspects of a project, pre-production, production and post-production.

He is always ready to share his experience and ideas about film making and the art of storytelling.
