Film School Mauritius – Covid-19
Compulsory requirements of Covid-19 at Film School Mauritius.
Film School Mauritius abides by the Covid-19 laws, rules, and guidelines as published by the Government of Mauritius from time to time.
Safety on School Premises
- The temperature of students, tutors, and academic staff will be taken before entering the school premises daily.
- Wearing safety masks is compulsory on school premises and in classrooms.
- Alcohol-based hand-sanitizer will be provided at the entrance of school premises and classrooms.
- Gloves are compulsory for all practical courses.
- Disinfection of school premises, classrooms, and school equipment will be done daily.
Maintaining Social Distance
It is required that students maintain a proper social distancing policy (1.50M), special arrangements are provided for in the classroom and on school premises.
Restrictions
Anyone student showing mild or severe symptoms of COVID-19 is not allowed entry to the school premises
Note: A dry cough, fever, muscle pain, and sore throat are considered to be symptoms of COVID-19.
Individual responsibility
- Wash your hands frequently and sanitize your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub, avoid touching your face, eyes, nose, and ears
- Cough or sneeze into your sleeve, not on your hand
- Limit physical contact and avoid handshakes, kisses on cheek and hugging
- Avoid crowded places and maintain a proper social distancing
- Keep your classroom and premises clean
- If you have a high fever or not feeling well stay at home and call for a doctor
